JMG is home to two facilities in the Sacramento area. Both are unique in their own way and we feel fortunate to have such strong partnerships with both clubs. Please note that the Arden Hills location is the only location that hosts the home-schooled Academy and Professional portion of our programs.
Arden Hills
Arden Hills started as a small, private club located on a rolling hillside with a primary focus on the development of world-class swim and tennis athletes. Today, the breathtakingly beautiful resort style club has continued to expand and evolve into a world-class training facility for multiple sport disciplines and a central gathering place for the community.

Re-energize rain or shine for year-round fitness in our goal oriented athletic programs. Work out in our 50,000 square-foot Athletic Pavilion that features the latest in strength training, free weights, cardio machines, sports medicine, chiropractic, and so much more. With many team offerings from tennis, swimming, synchronized swimming, basketball, and golf, there are competitive offerings for the whole family.

In 1978, Rollingwood Athletic Club became Fair Oaks’ #1 community club, offering families in the area the perfect place to get fit and get-together. Our location is perfect…we’re close to home, but it feels like a little hidden getaway. The club is right on the American River Parkway entrance and its a beautiful cycle, run or walk right to our front door.
Our 12 tennis courts are waiting for your next game & we offer tennis clinics, drop-in classes, tournaments & socials and our pros are second-to-none. Kid’s Club & Junior Lounge sport the coolest games. We are the proud home of the Rollingwood Rockets, 15-time swim champions! Our location is perfect for being close to home, but feeling like a little hidden getaway as we’re right on the beautiful American river parkway.
